My Story :

You want to know my bad experience? Well, me and about four of my friends went to Midvalley Megamall to go shopping last weekend. When I'm about to pay my bill, my purse had been grabbed by a man. So rude! I'm so shocked, then my friend had screamed for me. The guard ran after the man. He got my purse back. I'm so thankful. Unfortunately, I had left all my shopping bags in the train. '' Obesity is becoming a serious problem among our youth"

Introduction :

Obesity which are prevalent among adults now have become common in youngsters. The percentage of youngsters who are overweight have become higher than before. Poor diet habit are one of many factors that contributes to this serious healthy problem. Obesity can cause many other serious health effects such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and many more. To avoid this serious problem and the consequences, there are ways that need to be followed.




Conclusion :

In conclusion, the youngsters should be more aware to the consequences of obesity and live with a more good diet habit. With a good advices, some precautions and parental guidance, obesity can be decreased.
